Sorrentino's Corallina Classica Salami is made from lean pork (shoulder and belly). The mixture, finely ground, is enriched with cubed lard and stuffed into natural casings. The taste is sweet and full-bodied, the result of selecting high-quality raw materials.

Originally from Umbria, Salame Corallina is well known in Rome. Since ancient times, this salami has been linked to the Easter tradition: on the morning of the feast day, the inhabitants of the capital eat it for breakfast, accompanied by the typical cheese pizza, hard-boiled eggs and wine, thus becoming a symbol of Easter in the capital.

The great success of Salame Corallina Classica (with cutting board), initially linked only to the Easter period, has now extended to the whole year, making it a "classic" in our catalog.
