Shipping policy
Shipments are generally processed within 24-72 hours after receipt of payment (if received by 12:00 PM, excluding islands). For delivery, we use express couriers that provide reliable service with online tracking and delivery in 2-3 business days within Italy and 5-7 business days for international destinations.
Where possible, you will receive an email notification with the shipment tracking details when your order is dispatched.
IMPORTANT: Before accepting the package, ensure that it is intact, unopened, and undamaged. If not, accept the package with reservation and state the reason. Ask the courier to write “Accepted with reservation for inspection” on the delivery receipt next to your signature.
Attention: If you accept an open or damaged package without stating a reservation on the delivery receipt, we will not be able to assist you in case of issues.
Shipping and Transportation Costs:
All shipments are carried out using the express courier BRT. For shipments made between June 1st and August 31st, the goods are accompanied by synthetic ice packs to ensure optimal product preservation.
Shipping costs within Italy are €4.99 regardless of weight and time of year, while for international orders, costs are calculated at checkout.
Shipping within Italy is free for orders with a minimum purchase of €65.00.
