Originally from Umbria, Salame Corallina is well known in Rome. Since ancient times, this salami has been linked to the Easter tradition: on the morning of the feast day, the inhabitants of the capital eat it for breakfast, accompanied by the typical cheese pizza, hard-boiled eggs and wine, thus becoming a symbol of Easter in the capital.
