Salsiccia Abruzzese Appassita di Fegato is Abruzzo's classicdried liver sausage .

Made with a minimum of 50% pork liver (from in-house slaughtering and carefully selected and processed) along with selected pork meats. Sorrentino liver sausage has a medium grind and a full flavor, typical of liver. The strong flavor, but not too intense, characterizes this product because slightly dampened by hot chili pepper.
