Filet (or Loin) in halves is a very lean and sweet product, stuffed into natural casings, with a size of about 1.1 kg.

It has a natural, sweet taste with a slight hint of black pepper. It is excellent for appetizers or tasty cold main courses.

Filetto Sorrentino has characteristics that make it unique:
- The meat used comes from in-house slaughtering and the anatomical part is processed when fresh, without temperature alterations.
- Trimming and cleaning always take place when fresh and are performed by master butchers. When finished, the product is massaged and blended with natural spices and left to rest for a week to absorb the flavors and aromas that will give it that unmistakable flavor.
- Subsequent flavoring with spices is done strictly by hand to ensure uniformity over the entire surface of the product.
- At the end of the process, slow curing allows for excellence and an incredible product.

The Filetto (or Lonzino) in halves is excellent both for cooking (appetizers, dishes) and to be enjoyed as a simple sliced meat, in keeping with the flavors of the past and in the perfect pork butchering tradition of the Sorrentino family.
