The Salsiccia Abruzzese Appassita Piccante is a classic sausage that is dried and aged for about 20 days before being vacuum-packed for sale.
As ancient tradition dictates, the handed-down recipe has never been modified because it was already perfect. Today, the product is above all tasty and appetizing, just like in the past.
About 12 cm long, they are sold vacuum-packed in packs of 4 pieces (180 g). The mixture is medium ground, with a spicy yet delicate flavor thanks to the local chili pepper used.
